Roasted Red Pepper balsamic Dressing

This dressing will be your new favourite healthy dressing.  It has been approved by my 20 month old son and he loves it on everything from; chicken to any vegetable. Even inedible ones become edible.


1 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons of any kind of mustard (plain is just fine)

Canned roasted red peppers (in the canned veggies section) (just two from the jar and pour some of liquid in approx two tablespoons). Make sure to find one with zero sugar added.

Salt and pepper if desired


Pop all contents into the blender blend until smooth and BAM dressing for any occasion.
