Erin Crawford

Hello my name is Erin Crawford, I am the owner of BodyTempo Health and Fitness inc.™ located in Nanaimo BC. I have always been involved in competitive sports. At a younger age I skied and swam competitively and I most recently succeeded in becoming a Champion Figure Athlete. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with BCRPA and I have studied in the fields of Sports Nutrition and Athlete Development. My experience and knowledge have aided me to help many people from all walks of life, both young and older. Some common goals I have been able to help my clients achieve are; weight reduction, improved flexibility, gaining muscle mass, improve and recovery from injuries, endurance training and excel in sport specific activities. Another passion of mine is cooking healthy, balanced and tasty meals that everyone can enjoy.

I have been coaching athletes for competition since 2010, both in person and online, and am a judge for both the NPAA and IDFA. I am a internationally publish Health and Fitness writer.

Jen Walde

Jen Walde - Personal Trainer

Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer, Bootcamp instructor, Holistic Weight Loss Coach and Mom of three!
She has always been passionate about health and wellness and loves to help motivate and coach others through their health and fitness journeys. Born and raised on Saltspring Island Jen lead a very active childhood and developed her passion for team sports and fitness at a young age. As an adult she has continued that passion and turned it into becoming a healthy role model for her three kids and encouraging them to lead healthy active lifestyles. She trained in martial arts with her kids which lead her to becoming an Instructor. Her passion for running lead her to train for events like Toughmudder, several charity runs and fun runs with her kids such as 5 km Foam fest. In 2013 she dove into weight training which eventually lead her to competing in the NPAA in 2017. She placed in both the bikini and fitness categories that she competed in.

Jen loves working with clients to design exercise and nutrition plans to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness and increase overall health and wellness. She enjoys helping others set personal goals, create healthy habits and motivating them throughout their journey. Her personal training style is that education, consistency, discipline and balance equal effectiveness! Lift weights, eat whole foods, drink water and enjoy life!

Cam McEwen

Cameron is a University of Victoria graduate who holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Throughout his degree, he focused his studies in human physiology, kinetics of human movement & health education. Cameron applies his education every day in his own life & those of others. As he gained more experience in the health & fitness industry, he further specialized in Sports Nutrition. Cameron continues his passion for healthy living through Body Tempo Health and Fitness Inc. & as local Owner & Operator of Popeye's Supplements Nanaimo.

Cameron is a strong advocate for healthy living on Vancouver Island by keeping extremely active in sports & exercise. With over a decade of experience in high competitive sport training, Cameron now focuses on personal training & recreational sports within the community. Combining his extensive background in Athletics, Sports Nutrition & Kinesiology, Cameron can continue helping create healthier & happier lifestyles.
