September 26th - November 30th 2018 Morning Classes 6 am to 7 am

- Fun fat burning and strength building workouts for all fitness levels from advanced to beginner.
- Choose your two classes per week that fit your schedule
- Only 10 participants in this challenge
- Nutritional programming to maximize your results.
- Homework assigned - weekly workouts to continue success out of class. BOTH Gym options or at Home options available.
- 2 Current Options Available: Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Or Wednesdays and Fridays in 6am to 7 am
- Class location is 2065 Cathers Drive, Nanaimo, BC
- You don’t need a gym to complete your home workouts!
