24 Week Contest Preparation
This Package is a start to finish Prep package. Training for competition we all know is no small feat. We also know there are many ways to prep and that also means prepping in an unhealthy way that can actually cause metabolic damage.
Training with Body Tempo practices safe and healthiest ways to prep without causing metabolic damage. We also believe in training with zero steriods and illegal drugs. We ensure you get stage lean without doing insane amounts of cardio and eating like a pigeon. We also practice safe methods for recovering your body.
We also ensure you bring your metabolism back up without gaining all the weight plus some back.
This is all so you love your prep and not hate it! Competing is supposed to be a fun and rewarding experience.
